Personal information and privacy

The association regularly sends information concerning East Ranch to the members. To help with communication and meet our obligations, we ask members to provide their email address and phone number. All email communication will be sent privately to each member. Other than the association’s directory, personal information will not be shared or sold to anyone at any time.

Members who choose not to share their email address with the board will receive required written information specifically required by the East Ranch Association covenants and bylaws via US postal service.

You may not use the East Ranch Association website to impersonate another person or misrepresent that you have authorization to act on behalf of East Ranch Association or any other party. All messages transmitted by you should correctly identify you as the sender, and be of a personal nature only.

Directory Information

The association distributes a directory to all members. To respect privacy, members may decide what personal information is listed; including names, physical address, email addresses, and phone numbers. Personal information listed in directory may not be used for solicitation, shared, sold, or distributed, in any way.

Etiquette Policy

Electronic forums such as email distribution lists and web-based forums have ground rules and established etiquette for posting messages or material to these forums. Users should be considerate of the expectations and sensitivities of others on the network when posting material for electronic distribution.
